Realm of Astraea

Realm of Astraea is a Conan Exiles — Enhanced Server, built around a persistent world of exploration, roleplay, custom experiences, social spaces, and player-created homes.
The Realm runs on our own dedicated hardware, generously supplied and maintained by Wraithan.

Server Rules
Common Sense Comes First
Welcome to the Realm of Astraea. Before getting into the individual server rules, we'd like to begin with a few guidelines that should simply be common sense.
First and foremost, this is a game, and games are meant to be fun. Of course, everyone's definition of fun comes with a little wiggle room, but that fun should never come at the deliberate expense of another player.
There is zero tolerance for racism, sexism, or other forms of discriminatory harassment. Any player who feels they have been targeted in this manner is encouraged to take a screenshot and report the incident immediately so that it can be addressed.
Your Consent Sheet is your contract. Respect the boundaries other players have established. No means no.
Realm of Astraea is an adult server, and the world and lore of Conan Exiles contain mature themes and content that some players may find offensive. Players who prefer a more conservative experience should remember that Conan Exiles provides settings that can be used to limit the presentation of nudity.
Have fun, but always be considerate of the people around you.
Basic Player Conduct Rules
- Consent sheets are required. Players must submit a consent sheet for every character they intend to play on the server—no exceptions. Each character must have its own consent sheet unless multiple characters have identical preferences. In that case, a single consent sheet may be used, but it must list every character name covered by it.
- Discord names must identify your characters. Your Discord name must include the names of all characters you use in-game.
- Do not promote other servers. Advertising or promoting other game servers is not permitted.
- Cheating and exploits are prohibited. Using cheats or knowingly exploiting the game or server will result in an immediate ban. Come on—we're a PvE server. There's no need for it.
- Every character must belong to a clan before building. This applies to everyone, including solo players. Create or join a clan before placing any structures.
- Inactive characters are removed after 28 consecutive days. If a player has not logged in for 28 consecutive days, their character will be deleted. For solo players, their builds will also be removed. Multi-player clans must adjust their builds to compensate for the absent player's lost build allowance within one week of that player's removal. The absent character's consent sheet will also be removed. If the player later returns, they will be starting over.
- Player disputes require evidence. Any player dispute or complaint must be accompanied by a screenshot. The burden of proof is the responsibility of the person making the accusation. In other words: pictures or it didn't happen. Take screenshots.
Build Rules
- Each clan may have two bases: one in the Exiled Lands and one on the Isle of Siptah. One must be designated as the Primary Base, while the second is considered an Outpost.
- Both bases cannot be on the same map. The Outpost must be located on the opposite map from the Primary Base. For example, if your Primary Base is in the Exiled Lands, your Outpost must be on Siptah.
- Outpost allowances cannot be transferred. If a clan chooses not to build an Outpost, the unused Outpost building allowance cannot be added to the Primary Base allowance.
- Your Primary Base may be located on either map. A clan may choose either the Exiled Lands or Siptah for its Primary Base.
- Each clan receives one waypoint/warp upon completion of its Primary Base. A second waypoint/warp may be purchased through Patreon. If purchased, it will directly connect the clan's Primary Base and Outpost.
1–2 Players
Primary Base: 2,500 pieces
Land Claim: 50 × 50
Outpost: 1,200 pieces
3–7 Players
Primary Base: 3,500 pieces
Land Claim: 60 × 60
Outpost: 1,700 pieces
8–10 Players
Primary Base: 4,500 pieces
Land Claim: 75 × 75
Outpost: 2,200 pieces
- Thralls and pets are governed by the in-game thrall limit settings. These limits are set globally and are not affected by clan size.
- Avoid foundation stacking. If a build is found to be causing server lag because of excessive foundation stacking, the clan will be asked to make modifications where applicable.
- Builds must be appropriate in design and shape. Structures deliberately shaped like various parts of the human body are tacky and are not permitted. If you're unsure whether a design is appropriate, contact an Admin or Moderator before building it.
- Each clan is allowed four fishing traps.
- Do not block resources. Placing structures for the purpose of preventing other players from gathering resources is prohibited.
- Do not block pathways through the environment. If you build in a pass-through cave with an entrance at either end, your build must allow other players to travel freely and unobstructed through the cave.
- Do not block NPC spawn points. Building materials or structures that interfere with NPC spawns are prohibited. Any such structures may be removed by Administrators without warning or refund.
- Building beyond the Green Wall is prohibited on the Exiled Lands map.
- Structures may not extend more than 40 foundations from the clan's main structure.
- Do not build within 50 foundations of another player's structure unless permission has been given by all affected players.
Market Rules
- Merchants must be clearly identified. Your clan name must be displayed on every Market Thespian/Tot! Trader belonging to your clan. An unlabeled merchant may be removed or killed. Items lost as a result will not be replaced or reimbursed.
- Each clan is limited to two merchants. No clan may have more than 2 Thespians/Tot! Traders. These merchants have substantial storage capacity and can be stocked with a large quantity of items.
- Merchants belong in the Market District. Thespians/Tot! Traders used as merchants should only be placed within the designated Market District. Please do not place merchants at your base, Outpost, or elsewhere in the realm.
Rule Violations & Enforcement
- Rule violations are handled progressively. If a player or clan is ignoring a server rule, they will normally first be verbally addressed by an Admin or Moderator. That conversation will generally be documented with screenshots and placed in the Admin records. This provides transparency and helps ensure disciplinary actions can be reviewed and verified.
- Continued violations receive a second warning. If the behavior continues, the player will receive a second and considerably firmer warning to stop. This interaction will also be documented.
- A third violation may result in removal from the server. By this point, the player has already been warned twice and the incidents have been documented. Further discussion or additional warnings should not be expected.
- Harassment is taken particularly seriously. Reports involving harassment of another player should also be documented with screenshots. Realm of Astraea does not have an enormous rulebook, but the rules we do have are taken seriously.
- Disciplinary evidence is retained. If questions arise about whether disciplinary action was justified, the Admin team should be able to refer back to the documentation supporting that decision.
- Do not argue in Global Chat or Discord. Public arguments between players are not permitted, either through the in-game Global Chat or in the Realm of Astraea Discord.
- Handle disagreements privately and civilly whenever possible. If two players have a disagreement, they should first attempt to resolve it privately. If the situation cannot be resolved civilly, bring it to an Admin rather than allowing it to become a public argument.
- All disputes submitted to an Admin must include screenshots. We will not take disciplinary action against another player based solely on an accusation. For example, if someone is harassing you, provide a screenshot showing that you told the person to leave you alone, followed by evidence that they continued the behavior.
The burden of proof is always on the person making the accusation. If you want the Admin team to take action, document what happened.
